Les Toiles de Lansar
The Gloire Collection unfolds through five illustrated chapters imagined by Georgios and Léanne. Each scarf reveals a different moment of the story, inviting the wearer deeper into The World of LANSAR.

La Tapisserie
Chapter 2Hidden within the castle's shadow lies a secret garden, where unicorns wander among flowers, fruit, and mischievous creatures of every kind.
A co-creation by Léanne Ansar & Georgio Georgios
Originally painted in oil on wood, each chapter was reimagined into a new expression, allowing Georgios' visual universe to move beyond the canvas and into everyday life.
For La Gloire, Georgios and Léanne imagined a five-chapter tale inspired by folklore, mythology, dreams and transformation. From his small studio apartment in the heart of Montmartre, Georgios patiently brings each world to life, painting by hand and restoring every antique frame himself, a quiet tribute to the artists and ateliers of another time.

THE ARTIST’S NOTE

I've always been attracted to fantasy, anything not based on reality. Since I was a child, I've found inspiration in fairytales, folklore, mythology, books and poetry. They gave me a place where I could build my own stories.
For me, it's never been about the illustration. It's always been about the story. Every painting begins with something I want to say, long before I think about the image itself. That's what has always drawn me to art.
When Léanne and I started working together, we realised we shared a fascination for storytelling and imagined worlds. La Gloire became a way of bringing those worlds together, her vision for LANSAR, and my own artistic language.
This is the first time my work has moved beyond the walls of my studio and into everyday life. I like the idea that these stories can now travel with someone, becoming part of their own journey.
— Georgio Georgolios
