What are the delivery timeframes?
All parcels are delivered within a maximum of 5 business days, in France, Europe and US. We offer two options:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
How can I track my order?
Please note that all orders will be fulfilled from November 1st.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is shipped. Use this number to track your package in real time on the carrier's website. You will also receive automatic tracking notifications.
My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at support@worldoflansar.com with your order number and tracking number. We will work with our logistics partner to locate your package.
What is the return deadline?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
Do I have to pay return shipping?
No, return shipping is entirely covered by LANSAR Paris. We will provide you with a free return label after confirming your request.

Do the colors on the website match reality exactly?
We strive to represent colors as faithfully as possible, but screen and lighting variations may affect color perception. Minor shade variations are possible due to the artisanal nature of our creations.
