Guaranteed Delivery Times

All parcels are delivered within a maximum of 5 business days, regardless of your location worldwide. We offer two shipping methods to choose from:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and your order's weight. They are displayed transparently before finalizing your purchase. You will see all costs (shipping fees, applicable taxes) before confirming your payment.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders above a certain amount in mainland France. Specific free shipping conditions are displayed when calculating shipping costs.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your package in real time on the carrier's website. You will also receive automatic tracking notifications throughout the delivery process.

Premium Packaging

Each parcel is prepared with the utmost care and attention. We use premium-quality packaging specifically designed to protect your LANSAR pieces during transport. The unboxing experience is an integral part of your purchase and LANSAR's philosophy, which is why we place particular importance on this step.

International Responsibilities

For orders shipped outside of France, you are responsible for any customs taxes, import duties, or clearance fees that may be applied by your country. These additional costs are not included in our shipping rates and will be your responsibility.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order does not reach you within the stated timeframes or if your package appears to be lost, please contact us immediately at support@worldoflansar.com with your order number and tracking number. We will work with our logistics partners to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
